Janet Fleck, Griffith, Esq., is a lawyer with the Federal Government who has worked in both private practice and the business sector. In addition to her legal background, Janet’s career has allowed her to build strong public speaking, networking and project management skills. She also has valuable insight into the healthcare world as both a patient and a healthcare provider. She has lived with Lupus for over a decade and received a kidney transplant from her brother in 2009. During her studies, Janet worked as a nursing assistant in a hospital’s intermediate care unit. Through these experiences Janet has perspective into care-giving for a variety of in-hospital patients as well as navigating the healthcare system as a patient herself. As an adoptive mother of two children, Janet is passionate about the impact Family to Family Support Network® can have on the healthcare community, uniquely situated patients and the adoption world.
