Beth Woods

Beth Woods, MA, is a child welfare professional with 22 years of experience in adoption and foster care, including 16 years in organizational leadership. Most recently, she served as the executive director of a licensed child placement agency in Colorado, overseeing a full continuum of services including domestic and international adoption, foster care, pregnancy support, and global orphan care spanning four countries.
Beth is deeply committed to trauma-informed practice, family preservation, and equipping professionals and families with the tools they need to thrive. Her passion for this work is both professional and personal. She is the mother of three boys, all of whom were adopted, with her two youngest coming to her first through foster care.
Beth is honored to be part of the Family to Family Support Network team and to help expand programs that empower healthcare professionals and community organizations to better serve all families throughout their journey.
