Trish Anderson

Board Chair

Trish L. Anderson, BSN, MBA, is the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement, Patient Safety at the Washington State Hospital Association in Seattle, Washington. Previously, she was employed at Evergreen Health in Kirkland, Washington where she served as the Director of Nursing for a Level III perinatal center improving healthcare access for all women and children.  Trish believes in building a community of empowered people and therefore a better immediate future through educating, leading, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, by building programs that sustain this vision.  She is trained in Data Analysis, Lean, PROSCI change management, mentoring, facilitation, and communication skills.  Trish has been actively involved in the implementation of Family to Family Support Network’s® Unique Families Program™ in her past facility and will continue to advise our instruction and evaluation for sustainability within the hospital culture.
